Saw the ACDC Black Ice thread so I thought I'd post this in case none of you have heard it.

All I've really heard is Shackler's Revenge and Chinese Democracy, but it's definately... Different. It's something I'd listen to had I never heard of Guns and Roses before, but lack of Slash is just devastating.

It is a lot more "Metally", I have heard the whole thing, it is pretty damn different to the old stuff, defiantly try before you buy.

Yeah, all the added effects are really strange.

I hate that album beyond belief, although I like the solo of Chinese Democracy, Buckethead surely did add his own piece to that song...

Haven't ever really been a fan of GnR, other than a few songs.
I don't plan on even downloading this album, but I'm pretty sure all my friends are gonna be like "omg did u here dat album?!?!?" on monday, and then I have to admonish them for they crappy music taste, and then they will agree with me because they are sheep.

Urh, i dont think axl rose should be allowed to call it "Guns N' Roses" Its more like "Axl Rose & the IMPERSONATORS" its completly different, i just finnished downloading the album, it sounds good, but nothing compared to good old GN'R.
I listened to it while doing other things, and nothing made me stop and actually listen to it.
Velvet Revolver > New GN'R.
