i would say make him jump higher and slower, and have him start falling slow and slowly speed up if you want to make it more realistic.

^ He does have a point. In the animation, it looks like the guy is going the same speed threw out the animation. Work on the easing and physics and it should be good. Wait, unless you made it really fast for humorous aspects? If so it isn't that bad, but still too fast.
