The raw frames of the punch don't look that bad at all; just add a few more inbetweens (at LEAST one more in the buildup) and either fix or take out the legs, and then it'll look like a good punch.

It's really awkward. The stick is extremely unproportionate, it just looks weird. It is somewhat smooth, however the punch lacks force. You have the right idea with the step forward, but there could be some buildup before that. Go watch some more tutorials, you're on the right track.
