the whole body should lean forward :O
and the "pose" of the leg is unnatural . maybe it should be higher and the foot should be tilted . :)

Like what the hell people? Well I didn't like the first on that much but the second one is really good , I don't see what your on about , seems like you just want to say bad stuff to him. gee! what a way to motivate someone. Good job. Well on the first one just work on the stationary foot, maybe make it just bend instead of bend and then slide.
