The only things I don't like are the edges of the dress, especially the top one.
Otherwise, it's pretty awesome, well done

the mix of crosshatching and blocks of color for shadows looks a bit odd, too.

Hair looks like one flat plane (especially on the sides and very top). Increase the frequency of shadows and highlights in hair I'd say.

I find the fading in the background a bit low resolution looking, and whether it was intended or not, I find the lack of eyebrows a bit out of place with the rest of the face. Other than that, you did a damn good job

To be honest the hair doesn't fit the head, the black random spots are a bit off too. The dress really has nothing holding it up, especially since it is wider than her shoulders and arms.

i think the shoulder straps are part of the dress

Well, you did two styles of shading. They don't really complete each other imo.
