I like it, I don't really know how to give c&c since it's abstract though.

This reminds me on the stuff I saw when I was put to sleep in the hospital. Or a jellyfish.

You could have done more with the background, since it's boring and doesn't really fit with the white thing imo. Otherwise I likey a lot.
