As a member you can post anywhere and use these forums just like any other forum.
However, even if you aren't in FR you can still sign-up as an ordinary member! You wont get access to all areas of the forum.

What is FlashRite?
THE NEW RULES ARE AS FOLLOWS!
the new plan is not to represent your site, but instead to choose a team. the leaders will be chosen by me when all sign ups are recieved, the team leader's score will x3 so it's an important position. when you sign up here you agree that you may end up being a leader. The leader will be chosen based on how skillful they are. leaders will be expected to create a team emblem as well as make sure their team members will submit entries on time. Leaders MAY recruit new members but must get rid of an old member, this can only happen until after round 3, the moment round 4 begins the team stays set even if the leader hasn't made the number up yet. the scores will all be compiled nto a team score. whichever team has the highest score will win at the end of the tournament. Leaders can pass on the status to any member of their OWN team if they wish to quit or don't want to lead anymore. however letting the ex-leader continue continue in the competition will be debatable as you agreed to be a potential leader when applying for this competition. Once a leader has resigned from his position he/she may not become a leader again. If after round 4 a member QUITS from your team you can replace them but you have to play the current round with 1 less player, the new player will come in the next round. its the leaders job therefore, to keep the team motivated and to replace any one who he/she feels isn't motivated in the first 3 rounds. After the sign-ups are over the first round will be posted here. With your first round entry you will have to provide a valid email address in the PM, for use with flashrite. After round 1 the site will be up and it will be conducted from there, if not then round 2 will be here but i can't imagine not finishing by then. Sorry to babble on for a long time but I had to get all these rules in place!

Until the site is up, you can join by finding this thread on the site you want to join. (no going on stickpage for example and saying you want to represent newgrounds) and write out an application as follows:

Animation Skill: Fair

Your name is your real name, or just your first if you don't want to give out your last name. Your username for FlashRite will be taken from Stickpage. Animation Skill is what YOU rate YOURSELF not what others think of you but please try to not to be too big-headed and at the same not too modest. This can be either (in order of skill) poor, fair, alright, good, great. And an example animation can be as old as you want but IT MUST BE YOURS!
