Awesome, I don't know much, but, i think you could have moved the legs a bit, so the recoil, looks real.

No, the legs wouldn't move. That defies Newton's third law of motion.

But the back must move. Actually, the whole upper body has to move in a motion. Hands move to the back slightly and the back has to move behind.

The legs has to go behind too. So as the knees but they rebound.

You get what I mean? This is to show more impact.

I get what Saha is sayin'. Just don't overexadurate it.
