I did about 4 minutes of reset after hand of god and I was fine.

Uh, no I didn't have a lucid dream last night. But I didn't really do what you were supposed to, I just put the headphones on and read a funny thread on /b/ (READING =/= CANCER, fegs). So, tonight I'll do it really, I hope it works. I'll do a little French Roast during breakfast today. :p.

In order to Lucid Dream right you have to sleep early, but I tried it when it was around 2am. I do remember parts of my dream but that is probably just normal.

I did french roast, and I don't feel extremely energized, but I usually sleep about 20 minutes after I wake up, then I have to get ready in 10. After listening I got ready right after I finished it, which was nice.

But the weird sounds would wake anyone up ._.

Do you have to listen through good headphones to fell some effect? or can you use headphones from Ipod or something?

I did all thirty minutes (not concentrating) and went to bed right after (around 10:20)

I used semi-dying iPod headphones, but I pushed them against my ears so it was really loud. (I lay on one side of my head and kept my arms separated, my legs separated, and sometimes a pillow over my eyes to block out light. It gives you the feeling of floating.)

The thing about multiple-O is that the tone starts to get more aggressive, and for some reason although my thoughts weren't sexual, something felt erotic :S. I just couldn't go all the way with multiple-O like I did with Orgasm, But that is because I did orgasm first.
