The colouring is top notch. The shape of everything is great and the hair is brilliant.

The eyes are alright, but the nose and mouth look pretty demonic. They look like they've been pulled from the face too much. It may just be the mouth, because the nose looks alright. The back of the head looks too high up and there shouldn't be as much of it showing, since it makes the centre parting look too far forward.
Apart from that, it's a quality piece.

A little trick for portraiture, try to simplify the teeth into one general shape. If you show all the gaps between them they "jump out" a lot.

Good job on noticing that teeth and the white of the eyes aren't actually white though. Most people don't seem to know that.
