Ok, so I have the free trial for Flash 8. It's about to run out, so I click the link to buy the code. But when I get there, the site is dead. I go to activation help, and that site is dead too. I go to the producer's site, dead. But I google Flash 8, and I get to a page on macromedia.com about flash PLAYER 8. I click on a link, from that page, to go to another page on the site, and it's dead. With my trial about to run out, and no apparent way to get the full product, I can't ever use Flash again.

So what the hell do I do?

Buy CS4 then, because I don't think you can buy flash 8 anymore.

No, you can still buy Flash 8.

The thing is, it may be linking to the Macromedia site, and Macromedia was bought by Adobe about a year ago, so the Macromedia site may be dead.


Google 'Flash 8' and find the Adobe link.

The Adobe site is dead too.

It may be a factor that I live in England.

So what can I do?

I think I could uninstall Flash, wipe it from the registry, and re-install, like an infinite free trial, but I'm not sure.

Adobe site is up and working fine, also you have to **** around with the trial ALOT to be allowed to reinstal it, or atleast I did for the PC version. http://www.adobe.com/uk/products/flash/?promoid=BPCVQ CS4 buy it or pirate it, thats your options.

Buy CS4 in some way.

The adobe site isn't down though...

The site Scorpio said doesn't work for me. Nor do any of the Adobe pages.

It's $700 US by the way.
