I'd like some tips on using it, and perhaps some experiences? How long until I get used to it like pen and paper?

Use the bottom button on the side of the pen to scroll around in browsers and flash. use Ctrl and use the bottom button [OR the touch pad, circular motion] to zoom in/out. top button on the side is right click. knobbly bit at the top of the pen acts as a rubber for professional drawing programs.

ALso, Control Panel -> Pen and Tablet/Tablet input or w/e allows you to change settings, like which button does what etc.

i dunno how long it'll take you to get used to it, depends on the person i guess?...

I have my tablet for one year and Im still not used to it,pen and paper is the best,but yeah,its way better then mouse :D and I have wacom graphire4 A6 or A5 idk now :D

it'll take a week or so to get the hang of it, I suggest working on a table, and not on your lap. It's never so comfortable or back-healthy to do it on your lap.

I usually rest mine at an angle, it seems easier for me that way.
I can't say I've completely gotten used to it yet, even though I've had it two years now...
no substitute for pencil and paper imo, but a big step up from mouse obviously

Thanks, I figured those in the tutorial though. Do you animate with one? Is it a big improvement?

And should I use pressure sensitivity?

In Canada, a "rubber" is a condom, so it kind of confused me to read it XD
