This is my second flash.

you suck. But hey, everyone does at first. One problem with this is that it has little force, because you made every frame so close together. Look up some easing tutorials and look at other high quality animations fbf and you will be better in no time.

The other problem is that you were lazy. You didnt draw a head, and you didnt spend any time creating an appealing stickfigure.

Next time you animate, try using a bigger brush size, so he doesnt seem like an animated twig, and making the lower body as long as the whole upper body (including the head). The armspan should also be close to the height of the stickfigure, so just keep a mental note of these proportion notes.

You need to look at tutorials and study animation itself before jumping straight into it in my opinion.
