I have had my provisional lisence for about 2 months and had my learners for a year before that. It's great being able to be drive my self around.

Edit: I failed the test to get my learners permit but passed the driving one to get my provisional lisence.

i got mine in feb 2 2006 and it took me 2 tries

I was old enough for it like a year ago, never really had the time or the need to go and pass it.

I've been old enough to learn for a few months but I haven't had time, what with college and all.

i passed mine once i turned 16, first try.

Damn you americans, you can drive at 16 :' (

I've been learning, got my theory test soon.

I actucally take the driving test sometime next week or the one after that.

I'm the same as Krob. I should be taking my driving test maybe on Tuesday of next week. Right now I'm in the middle of driving with an instructor.

The only bad part about it was waiting at the DMV for 5 hours before my test.

Took me two tries. I only failed because I was turning onto a highway, a sharp right, turn to fast, pop the deep ditch, don't turn fast enough, cross the mid-section. I did the latter. Passed it the 2nd time though.

I've had my license for over a year.

I can't take the test for about another year, but I am a fine driver.

3 years from now.

I live in a small town, the DMV however is in the middle of Elgin
