I've been reading batman: the long halloween, which is awesome, and made me feel like drawing something


I'll probably color it some time, which should make it look a bit better (ie the joker's eyebrows won't look retarded)

Do you create these effects with brush and just amazing-ize it out with PS knowledge?

Basically. Sometimes I brush some dots in there, and then smudge/wave filter those around, I'm never really sure what I'm going to do at first
