Well, it's atleast moving... Hard to keep the proportions. Arms ok I guess, but legs got wired I know.

Well, it's pretty basic, but who cares right?
It wasn't that bad, but there were some problems. For one, the second step it looks like you just reversed the frames from the first. While on the front leg it looks ok, the back leg mucks up.
Also, you moved him across the stage, but you did so much faster than his walking allowed so that he slid across the stage. Slow it down so that each step looks like it actually pulls him forward.
