Seeing it in South Park is one thing to laugh at because South Park is cruel and makes fun of everything. But in real life its just sad, and completely in humane to laugh at. If you laughed at the video you supplied then you're a dick. Think of it this way, if you and your future wife had a child and it came out like that would you laugh your ass off about it? No you'd be concerned for your kid cause he would have to live his entire life like that.

This is not something to laugh at. Interesting to know, yes. Funny to laugh at, no.

I'll admit if i hadn't of seen that episode of south park and new nothing about that joke, i don't think i would've laughed at all.

But, i'm not gonna lie and say i didn't laugh. Yes, maybe i'm a bit of a dick. But i'm an average looking dick. I do have some rights to laugh.

Don't get me wrong, harlequin babies as well as AIDS can be potentially funny from a view as a photo. But I don't see how you can laugh at a baby just laying there suffering. They look funny in some photos, but seeing them suffer isn't a laughing matter.
