In the beginning it looked like the blue stick was running/jumping. You should fix that.

1. Add some heads.
2. Work on your movements and easing.
3. Don't free transform Vcam, it streches the view.
4. Don't ZOOOOOOM IN so much, okay?

K, I think that's it.

zoom the camera out, and the movements are too stiff

anticipation and easing need work

it also looks very choppy

Hey, not bad mate. Good stuff there.

Someone before said 'originality', which is a pretty vague term, although I tend to agree. Your sticks are the classic fat stick no neck, which is fine, just make sure you get that style down hard so they stay consistent. I noticed a lot of alterations occurring during the animation to the stick, so work on that.

If you really want to start taking it to the next level, read up on animation theory. A good example is the part where he does a headstand and kicks rapidly, in this case. Those kicks, while they worked, could have been made much more exciting. The way to do this is through anticipation. While it is a very deep subject and I can't really give it all to you here, basically anticipation is getting that build up before an action. He'll bring his leg back, hold it, then BAM. Not only will it add realism, it'll make the kick look like it counts, and give your animation some excitement.

Here's a couple good links for ya...
http://brebru.com/graphicinfo/anticipationanimationtip.html - A better outline of anticipation and reaction than I could provide

http://revver.com/video/1062636/animation-lesson-anticipation-1/ - Practical video showing the effects and how you can make it more exciting

Basic easy fixes are, like people said, the camera, heads on blue sticks, etc. Definitely keep it up man, this is pretty good stuff here. :D
