Very good try, although try streching the feet a little, and give him more power, thats really all you need to work on.

no...you didnt get running right. he doesnt move his arms. his body is too stiff and the legs look...not good.

watch other peoples runs...copy them. then LEARN how to do them (you dont just want to be copying all your life)

move the arms a bit and it will look much better i think

Hands look a bit awkward but the legs are better. Cherck out some nice tutorials (in Flash Tutorials) and you may find it bery useful. :) Good luck!

It was allright.
The block however should fall a lot faster.
