If i make a flash file wich is a game how can i save it in a way to play it after i double click the file?

To save the FLA (the file that you may edit in flash) its File, and Save.

To save as a SWF (the file that can be hosted on antiup.net for playing/viewing), you press ctrl enter to test the movie, which makes flash automatically make a swf copy of it next to your fla on your files. For more details in your swf, just press File, then Export, then Export Movie to see details and end up exporting. Games can only be played under the swf and exe formats.
