You label people as you see them. If you want America to win a war, they're the good guys, anyone who opposes are the bad guys.

Simply opinions.

Not really, when Germans won or the Vietnamese, they weren't considered has heroes.

That's my point, dude. If you want a certain person to win, they are the good guys in your eyes. Your opinion determines who you think the protagonists and antagonists are.

I was thinking of this in a story point of view, not morals. If we're talking morality, I agree with you.

Dude, it doesn't just so happen. Societies doesn't exist without people, and people don't just so happen to live in society. The general public's idea of what's bad is what's bad.

Also: "Generally most people agree with societies view on good and bad because the "bad" things are things the majority disagree with." Reread that sentence, and realise that you just said that "The majority agrees with society(basically the majority)'s ideas because the majority agrees."

So, just because most people think something's bad, means it's bad? The only reason society thinks things are bad is because that's what they've been taught from a young age, and generally come to accept it. I could say farting on your face is good, and no one can prove otherwise, because good is just a concept that everyone has opinions on. The majority believes in some sort of religion, but that doesn't mean it's right. Different people have different views.

I'm just laughing at the fact that you think two people having conflicting viewpoints on morality creates a "paradox"

In games, you're usually playing as the good guy, but in the bad guy's point of view, you are the bad guy and they are the good guy, thus creating a paradox.

How about in war? You may be fighting a country thinking you're the good guy, but they are also thinking the same as you.

Is there ever a good or a bad guy?

Man, that word sure gets thrown around a lot these days.

It depends on the situation. Don't forget about the giant amount of douchebags people encounter in every-day life. Burglary. Robbery. Criminal homicide, etc. The people who put those into action are definitely the bad guys. The people who put those into action deliberately know that its bad, so they know that they're the bad guys. But when it comes to war, the whole "bad guy" "good guy" stuff comes from opinions from individuals. People think that Hitler was a good guy, most people think that Hitler was a terrible guy.

After typing this I realized how stupid this post was, but I'm too lazy to re write it. I noticed many flaws and many arguments that will probably come up from this post.

there isn't such thing as good or bad. It's a perspective created by society to control people.

That is one of the stupidest things I have ever seen.

One man's freedom fighter is another man's terrorist.

Although, I'm going with Prospect on this one. They're differing opinions and nothing less.
