The running at the end was so ****ing good, I can't even describe it. Seriously, the running looks exactly like Terkoiz's typical run loops.
Good movement of the tentacles.

Add a few filters and experiment with blurs. If I were you, I'd consider adding some tremor with v-cam and heavily blurring the frames where the tentacle hits the ground. You could double frame those parts too.

The tentacles at the end were a bit, like, repeated, which takes away from the animation. I don't know how to get it better...Maybe make the thing run?
