Get out of that tunnel, you should come into contact with a city, ask the Head Scribe there for power armour training, and he'll direct you to the right guy

the city name? I've competely forgot where that is.. OH is it the citadel?

IMPORTANT TIP. Get the power armour training BEFORE you go to vault 87. Cause after the man will just keep saying someone is waiting for you.

Are you only level 10? ****ing hell, I was level 17 when I hit the city.

Then again, I was like a ****ing wanderer for 25 hours straight, completing all the quests
