A short fre running movie

How to keep the fps that are in the anims on the site cause.....When i publish
An anims it is going slower than on flash :( help plz

It was ok, the physics were kinda off, and his body bent like he had no bones.
And when you submit something, it's always better to use 2-4 more fps than the original so the anim is kept at its normal speed.
