Well hawk, to be honest I think that your competition is going to ruin BSE and other good competitions/collaborations that are around.Because everyone would like to join, If I were you and Zulu I would not put money in it :(

Why do money ruin it ? Because BSE is great idea, yes it is and since Mesmay is student and doesnt have any 500 dollars he cant give anything to winners and people want money (yes they really do) so they will join TLTFT..
And if TLTFT fail, BSE and others will too, because everyone will focus on animating for TLTFT instead of BSE, so BSE entries will suck and if TLTFT fails then there will be two ruined comps.If I were you,Zulu I would give money to both or to none.

TLTFT will not fail and B.S.E. won't either, in spite of TLTFT being sponsored and B.S.E. not. Money is just a bonus to the pleasure of animation as support for those who put a lot of effort into the competition. If people like B.S.E. they will stay and participate in both competitions. I can't guarantee the quality of their entries won't be affected by TLTFT. Sorry if TLTFT somehow makes B.S.E. fail, it's not my fault.

One thing I want to tell you, TLTFT will be huge this year, a lot of people will join, instead of asking people what category they can handle, ask yourself if you can handle TLTFT, you have to be really creative with the rounds, but I must admit that animating for prev year was fun and it brought me back to animating, thank you for it, but I really feel sorry for Mesmay =(
