while saving an anim as gif can't we lower the frame rate
than the default i.e. 1/100 th of a sec....not less than that???

If you want to speed stuff up to the exact speed you want, import the pivot animation (as a .gif or whatever) into flash, then change the fps rate.

Hello there, for now please post in the "Beginner's Section" (it probably gets more reviewing than all other Pivot threads anyway!).

Read lots of tutorials -they can be found here and at darkdemon.org (you just need to register).

Nice concept with the drags on the feet but for now work on the raw basics (walking, running, punching, kicking, jumping etc.) and then develop techniques and effects. At the moment just make simple animations of just one person doing the basics and work your way up!
