i have something i need to do in flash, and it involves fading text in. in the 2009 box, the text looks really messed up during the tween and i can't figure out why. the top one is the swf, the bottom one is the fla. don't worry about the other boxes, just the 2009 one. idk how i got 2008, and for 2010 i made every frame a keyframe and changed the alpha manually, and i don't want to do that again. any ideas?

2008 and 2010 also warp slightly, its just that 2009 does it more. To fix this, make the text movieclips and using a motion tween, change the alpha and size or whatever you were doing.

but it won't let me change the alpha value of a movie clip

bottom bar, theres a drop down menu with option like tint, alapha ect, pick alpha and adjust the slider.
