A little izuna drop I did inspired by a virtua fighter character. Super short but check it out, more comments on deviant.

For some reason it seems different to your normal style [Easing and animating wise]
Looks much smoother and better.
Love it.

I adore that style.

But the Izuna drop is a Dead or Alive move.
And Ninja Gaiden.

Its the same basically. Ryu does it. Ryu from dead or alive, is the main character in Ninja gaiden.

Yea its definitely slower and different. I didn't like the ultra physics/gravity, but you pulled it off nice.

Thanks for the comments guys. Tons of different characters do the izuna drop, it's like a ninja trademark. A few off the top of my head, Ryu hayabusa from ninja gaiden, hanzo hatori from samurai showdown (one of the first ones i've seen), Kage-maru from virtua fighter, I'm pretty sure bakuryu from bloody roar, raven from tekken 5, vega from SF even lol, various others, all have different versions. Izuna drop is just badass. thanks again.

I like the whole new thing you're doing when you do the powerful hits now. It looks really nice, new, original. To me, in the past Ive alway thought you as (a REALLY GOOD) tention-style user, (im not fussed whose style it was in the first place people >:C) but now I feel you've branched out and created your own style.

Obvoiously there were differences before, I know, but now there are more which is always nice.

Well the animation rocks, but isn't izuna drop like they spin around horizontally and not vertically? What I thought anyway.
