Beginner thread, simple as that.
Until you fix the stiffness caused by not enough joints being moved, it will never be smooth.

Let's start at the bottom and work our way up, shall we?

Okie dokes, the legs don't bend at all. For such a vigorous punch he doesn't bend down at all. The step is also too quick, the step should still be going and ending just after the punch happens. Also, during the build-up to the punch, the legs should maybe bend back a bit with the back.

The back suddenly jerks forwards and backwards which isn't realistic. Again, for such a big punch it should ease back into the "natural position" slower, a few frames after the punch happens, the legs and the back should compliment eachother's movements.

The arms themselves look very nice, however for a successful punch it is not just about the arms. Like the back, they move too quickly back into the "natural position". For the whole thing to look right work on what I've said above, it's about the whole body. It looks like you read a tutorial for your punch, remember in tutorials though to look at the other parts of the body too!

Neat work (Pivot's all about trial and error), for now post your Pivots in the "Beginner's Section" until you get more skilled. Keep reading tutorials, they're really helpful. For a while you'll almost be just copying everything from tutorials but everyone develops their own styles.

Good Movie. :D but what you should fix is:

When he steps forward, he only goes back with the whole body, what you should do is to make him do this way:

Step forward.
Punch.
Move body forwards.
move body backwards.

Yes I know my instructions suck...
