Everything seems to have happened in a very continuous pace. You need to add in anticipation, which is the build up before a run, punch, kick, jump, etc. Right now, your movements look alright, but some of them are really unrealistic unless you add some anticipation.

The last bit where he bounced off the wall and slowed down was good, but you need to put that in for everything. Easing is important if you want your animation to look good.

Its erm, static. He was just going straight to the moves, what STUFF said is right, you need to build up to them a bit. But its good none the less :) keep at it.
