I dont know whether to post here or the new pivoters,
ill let you decide. ill show one and then what you say ill
move it and deleate this thread. Is that fair/ good idea?

I know its not a stickman and if you request one then ask away,
if you dont think this is any good, fine however i would like a good reason other than the noraml 'its not smooth' or 'it needs easing' i know its not perfect and i know working on them will make animations better.

Nice, a very original concept. I like it.

Smoothness/easing needs work but it's a good start to a good idea. Eyes are good. Maybe (if possible) in future make something faster? I can't really see how this guy could fight with others (if that's what you're aiming for, I assume you are because of the stick-swinging) but I'll wait and see for whatever you choose to do with it.

Overall, a nice animation and an original idea. You can post your animations here I reckon, not in the Begginers' Section.

Very simplistic but it has zass, for some reason lose body parts just work in a lot of ways.
The moves are very well adapted to the figure, mug the eyes are still a little twitchy.

That is beginner threads worthy, due to the fact that you made it out of boxes, which were stiff, uneased resulting in slight choppiness...
It really shows no effort, like tripods...don't get me wrong, good animation; but hard to say your true rank.
Use sticks, or fix up the box animations.

Firstly i wanted to do something other than a stick person. Alot of pivot is either random crap that is supposed to be funny or pivot with fights with stickmen blasting shit out of each other. And being honest I'm sick of it.
People think the parts of fights are 'orginal' but being honest there not its one punch after another. In this case i come up with box head (his name), I made the sticks and fills myself. (I tend not to go on droidz or anything like that since i prefere to make my own so I can call it my own animation with having the guilt of having to owe someone becuase they made a stick that I used)
Yes it's not a stickman and yes I have realised its a forum for stickmen. So don't remind me. However its still part of pivot and just another idea of a stick man. If he is made out of boxes of course he is going to be stiff at parts, it's partly the concept. I really don't see a big problem with smoothness/easing to an extent, if it is really choppy then work needs to be done however when it becomes smooth, I really don't see why you have to add even more. It's what puts me off forums and pivot because the point I show an animation it is critisised for being stiff. It's stiff this and stiff that.To be honest as long as it looks right, I would'nt care less if it was the most stiff animation in the world.

I know the eyes skrew up quite a bit in it.

Be happy zawmbee was being nice , he was pointing out a entirely different point , what he was saying it was stiff for a box , since a lot of the body parts werent moving enough at points where they could have been moved , and since its a box man its seems like you weren't putting enough effort in it , because moving a box man is easier than moving a stickman, but you still let trough a lot of flaws.

low-med beginner. You say not to post simple comments like "stiff", "uneased" etc, but that's really the only thing I can say. Stiff (even for a box), uneased and overall choppy and not fluid (BTW this was @ the boxhead video).

It needs to go quicker and flow better . But I liked the "stick" and thoguht it was an interesting concept.

Also, quit animating and write a novel.
