$25?

Who the **** does he think he is?

I've had professional certified language tutors for $12 a hour.

I've seen worse prices and stone has a good coverage of animation styles and bases. However, $25 an hour is alot since im sure thats about the same as its costing for a chemistry tutor for my friend. I charge £5 an hour for tutoring in school crap >_>

Do you even go to school?

Yeah, I can imagine he'd get many more applicants if it was $10 an hour, or maybe even just a $50 one-time thing.

I don't think many people are willing to pay $25 an hour for this. :/

Since we are all just poor lonely jobless fat pirating low lives.

i don't think anyone would pay 25 bucks for this unless they are stupid enough to do so.

You know there are some professional animators who actually live off their animations who give lessons for free. Or better yet the classical animators who have their videos on youtube and crap, rather than some stick animator. '
So yeah, offense, but you are.

Car license lessons per hour are cheaper than this.

There's no magic secrets to animating, drawing or whatever. All you have to do is be patient, stubborn even and be observative.

Well to be honest I could care less what you think about pricing. Most lessons of these quality and value go for much MUCH more an hour. However, thats besides the point. At this point in my life, and for how busy I am currently that's the price I set. If you don't believe its for you its completely fine.

One fact, 100% of the lessons I've given ( totaling over 20 hours now, ) everyone has payed for another hour after the first. (With the exception of lixu who just had his and is planning on his second )

I currently teach a 7 week program at an elementary school teaching 3rd through 8th graders how to use flash and animate. I finish my 7th week coming this next wednesday. Beginning march 7th I begin the entire 7 week program once again at the same school. Beginning in april I'll begin to teach as an elective teacher at a neighboring elementary school for a set of 2 8 week flash programs.

As well as a guest speaker at my current college teaching a small 3 hour crash course in flash.

I've not had one user regret their purchase, I even have a full time teaching a animator every wednesday for 2 hours. So far we are on our 5th lesson and he couldn't be happier.

If you don't believe my sources, the elementary school i currently teach is Bella Vista Elementary School. Employed by Betty Long.

The school I'll be starting at towards the summer is chrysilus.

My current college is shasta college.

So don't be so quick to judge something that you for one, have done no research in, and 2 have no reasons for your opinion.

Thats all I have to say. Thanks for making the thread Lixu ;]

Tell 'em, Stone. I don't like how you guys are judging his lessons just because of the cost. There's been a few people tell me that they really loved getting tutored by Stone. Now don't deny it, you guys all love his animations. Who wouldn't want to learn from one of the best and most-known animator?
