Hey,I just wanted to know where i can make a signature,Noob question eh? Another question, is flash free or not? if its not, how much?

1. Get an image editing program (Paint Shop Pro X, Photoshop CS2/CS3, GIMP) Then look at some tuts.
2. Flash is not free, around 600-1000$ You can pirate it.

Before you come up with the "Noob questions", Did you look up on google, "Flash Prices?" Did you look at the edit signature button on your profile page on the left index by actually making an effort and looking around before annoying us?

And flash is 200-400 on 8, which is just the same. LOOK IT UP!

Flash isn't free. About 500 bucks I think.
To make signatures, get a program like GIMP. (google it)

If you want to learn how to animate really simply, then try out pivot.
If you want to learn animating by drawing each frame, try easytoon.
(both free)

So when I have to delete 22 posts, in the future perhaps some people who are posting in such a thread should realize what they're doing wrong, and stop.
As to spazz's charge of not being able to understand what suliro said, I actually understood it perfectly, so maybe you should just spend slightly more time looking at it, if you don't get it.
Seriously, turning this into a debate about whether or not someone is a noob, then the effectiveness of smileys, then the methods of how to read, then how to turn a pencil into an airplane, is just stupid. He asked a question about flash and signatures, not how spazz learned the english language.

I'd give out infractions for being idiots, but I don't feel like opening that many tabs.
