Stupid theme. I'll do it anyway. I don't understand the whole penalty for having a long intro when you have given our stick a NAME, a PURPOSE, and a BACKSTORY already that realistically cannot be shown in under 5 seconds. Grey background....at night? With a BLACK character? Ok. Sure. A fight scene...I get it. If this is a sign of things to come I am sorely disappointed.

you don't have to introduce the character, we already do that in our intro. All you gotta do is 10 seconds of the guy fighting enemies in the streets.

Further themes will be very different from this one and from each other. Use grey, not black. Make it evening somewhat. Give some light on those streets. There are lots of ways not to lose the stickman in the background. be smart, you're the pro after all. ;)

Honestly Lixu I think there are far too many restrictions.

Proportions are to be like so? Seriously?

It must take place at night?

The stick must be black?

The sticks name is Dave?

He has 'these' powers?

He can barely be hurt?

He can't spawn with a weapon?

I mean seriously most of these restrictions are ridiculous. Your not going to have a good turn out with people working to incorporate all of your restrictions and make a good animation.

I think there needs to be less restrictions, you're limiting creative freedom to force people to make a certain type of animation that looks a certain way.

Why not just say "There's a guy, he breaks out of jail (therefore there will be cops/swat and such) and he fights cops without any sort of superpowers."

That seems like a much better topic.

I can see how your doing this to make the collaboration better, but its really just going to hurt the competition.

I think the main point with that whole grey background thing was really more of a suggestion to the noobs that use black stick figures with black background because it's "night" time...

I'm just gunna use my own background... not all grey
