Serious discussion between myself and some friends occurred roughly between the hours of 7:00pm and 2:00am this past evening on the topic of "ability to withhold non-drug/alcohol-caused vomit from expelling from one's mouth."

I have not vomited since May 19, 2002. I thought that since this was true for me, one could ALWAYS hold back puke. I created this poll to help me understand my situation.

I honestly can't remember throwing up without any help from certain controlled substances, I don't get sick often and when I do it's never serious and goes away in about 2 days at the most.

Well, since I'm only 16, and 10 years is 6 - 16 for me, then yeah, I've thrown up many times because as a kid, I had motion sickness and threw up every time my class went on a trip.

At least once every year until third grade..so I'd say maybe 4 times?

Ever since, nope. Not even when I had the stomach virus two Christmases ago.

Haven't thrown up in awhile, but it's not non-existent when I'm sick.

I throw up loads. I've had 60% attendance at school since September. I get sick too much.
