Concentrate on your movements, and the flow of them. I see that you slacked off on the running as you animated only up to his torso.

Im not really good on the kung fu moves but I think I can copy some

I suggest you do allot of pencil drawings. I've found that drawing detailed pictures is no harder than a 200 frame animation(hour and a half). I figure you're using the mouse, but the technique can still apply to you(Build up your hand/eye coordination).
