I love it, especially Lithuanian one. I ate 2 a day once.
English kebab is nice but I don't think it's safe to eat, as they use weird flavours and that meat spinning looks suspicious.
Anyway VOTE.

What's a fast food kebab, as opposed to a normal kebab?

Kebab covered with patti bread, onions and "lamb" meat and spices. Some countries call them "doners"
It's like a sasuage roll or something like that.
Wiki btw.

Well, my favourite kebab is like the fast food, but with chicken meat.
I don't know about any different kebabs.

You guys are noobs, you haven't eaten a real kebab unless its Armenian.

There's a Kebab dude who sells them a block from the park I go to and they're really good. I usually get the chicken or beef, but never lamb. Lamb increases the chance of colon cancer by a shitload.
There's this middle eastern dude who sells gyros on my way home and those tastes just as good if not better than kebabs.

Is there a difference between a souvlaki and a kebab?

Well, souvlaki is Greek based, whereas kebabs are Middle-Eastern/Asian based, I think.
They're both on skewers though.
