Usually? No it won't. Only if you usually buy marijuana off the streets. Also, dealers usually won't lace their weed with shit unless they were dumbasses, or just giant dicks.
If you live in a state with medical marijuana legalized, tell your friend to tell his parents to get a medical marijuana card (assuming he's not 18) and then his parents can purchase 100% medical marijuana, legally.
