From what I understand, these kids believe that digimon and some virtual world actually exist. This guy is saying that he sent a bunch of probes through the internet to take pictures of the digimon world or whatever. I'm pretty sure he's just trolling because of this post:

Yeah, that's pretty close.

It wasn't believable enough and he pussied out. He could have posted a link to a Rickroll video or some equally memetastic piece of shit that would have destroyed the hopes of the believers. He used too much technical knowledge, but he didn't use it right and had too many spelling errors. He fooled a lot of the idiots, but for it to be truly amazing, the skeptics should have been convinced, as well. It was a fun read, though.
