If I see a car crash I quickly turn my head away. I don't think I would react in a special way or be scared but I think it's better to avoid seeing blood and gore for the sake of not getting used to it.

Pretty much. It helps that I'm anosmatic(unable to smell) and can't smell it, I always hear that's the worst about dissection and stuff, is the smell. Well I don't mind gutting stuff. And can handle human injuries just fine. But I still crunch when I see a kick in the nuts :')

yes, I go on nothingtoxic all the time. And in real life I've seen my friend get cut open pretty bad when he fell on a knife, and it didn't bother me. I've seen a friend of my friend's friends head's get pretty battered in a fight with baseball bats, and it didn't bother me (not the blood, just the fact that I could be next :O). I've seen an old man run over just down the road from me (the aftermath of it - blood on the kerb, and the man - he was still alive), and it didn't bother me any further than thinking "ooh I hope he'll be OK" - amongst the many times I've been injured from falling off rokcks, having my head cracked open by someone throwing a rock, having my tooth go through my lip, having my toenail ripped off, etc etc etc.

ok, calm down the arguments...

I can see some blood and gore, more-so than other people, and not unlike kaas, I have breathing difficulties through my nose due to adenoid problems, so the smell doesn't hit me bad... but some things I cringe at the sight of, such as sexual organ related pain.

I would have shot the computer screen before that happened.
