View Profile which do you like better?
the pyramid head in silent hill 5, known as the "bogeyman" and is in in the movie:
or the pyramid head in the game?
I personally like the one in the game, because he scares the hell out of me. but no one would recognize me if i dressed up as him. the P.H in silent hill 5 and the movie doesn't freak me out as much, but is more iconic to Americans. so what do you think?

(I know that's not the actual differance, please don't make referances to my knowledge, parentage or genetalia)

View Profile mostly that they have different helmets. the actor was unable to wear the 5-sided helmet so they had to make the 4 sided one. Wikipedia can also answer some questions. "PlayStation: The Official Magazine reveals that the "famous Pyramid Head makes a significant appearance in Silent Hill: Homecoming, but his role is limited to non-interactive scenes. That doesn't change the fact that he's creepy as hell." Pyramid Head serves a minor, albeit important role in the newest installment, Silent Hill: Homecoming. Pyramid Head, while retaining his namesake pyramid and the characteristic Great Knife, seems to be inspired by the version portrayed in the movie instead of the model that tormented James Sunderland."
so basically, you cant fight him, and he cant hurt you in 5. in the movie he is just another monster. in silent hill 2, he manifests on james anger and hatred from killing mary. he is just a subconscious being for the first part of the game. at the end you have to fight two, i believe.

pyramid head's helmet was good in CG, apparently, but is impossible to make for the movie and have a person under it.
