Aww, it's kinda cute.

The green is too bright and overwhelming for my eyes, maybe take a less fluorescent approach next time. You could use dark green, but then some smaller blotts around them, descending in gradients, becoming lighter so at the end there will be a version of pastel green or even blue, yellow, ets. Just and idea I got while looking at your picture.

It saddens me he doesn't have a body. =(

Just make it very simple. A round body, with a flabby tummy and little arms and small feet sticking out.

It is a nice headless monster... I agree though, it would look better with a body.
