haha thanks, 's Rachel :]
It's for my graphics exam, i've figured a different way of doing the colours now, becuase some one actually told me how. I had no idea before, but yeah i have 4 weeks to perfect that and then produce one in a 5 hour exam.

You need to make the colours more subtle and use less of them. If you look at his work the colour is used to direct the eye and create movement.
You have way too much variety and not enough harmony. When I look at it my eyes to go the legs or to the arm that has colour but I don't look at anything else. With all of the line that you have and the little bit of movement going on in the picture you could really do a lot.

I'm not sure i get what you mean, with the movements and stuff.

That's the major movement in the picture. It's the only part that has one continuous colour to guide the eye through the whole picture. Everything else is broken up by grays.
When I say movement I mean movement in the pose.

Quite a lot of colours...I reckon the pink is off putting, 'cause everything is quite dark, and the pink breaks the harmony.
Did you draw the design? (Not the person, the colours etc.) They seem quite proffesional. ^^
Keep it up, Chris.

Fuzzy lines around the swim suit. Remove them.
Mar 18, 2009 7:12 AM #376314
I don't see fuzzy lines bub.

It's a tiny bit blurry.
I like the abstract design...The green squiggle on the leg that goes to the other one looks really cool. Good one, Chris...
