My dad just went ahead and switched off the lights everywhere without saying anything.
Took me a while to realize what he was doing.
So then I sat by my computer in the dark for half an hour.
Then went to watch TV in the dark for another half hour.

about 5 minutes to earth hour here.

well, that's it for Earth Hour on the east coast of the USA

whether or not the time stamp on this post says so (yeah, i think it's 7 minutes slow since it is exactly 9:30pm EST right now)
