The backgrounds look gay as well.
If the thread was "Some forest backgrounds" and the pictures were only backgrounds with details and had some sort of significance to them, maybe.

Fact is, he's trying to show off stupid pictures of blurred stickmen, not the scenery. You're only trying to defend him because he did this for you, I'm sure you wouldn't be poking your nose in other peoples business if they had nothing to do with you.
