Very smooth, don't like the style though.

When he pulls his leg back after he kicks, that could be eased more.

Needs more easing.... (change of speeds)
more anticipation (build up)

the kick lacks a bit of force, but other than that, its really smooth and stuff.

Smooth.
Needs more easing, actually.
Redraw frames instead of just using the free transform tool.

Alright, thanks guys! I usually redraw it every frame but I decided to see how it would look if I didnt. :)
