So something went wrong on my computer and I re-installed windows so it would keep all my saved data and files. After it installed i rememberd that on my old file I had checked the box to make it so that no one else could access my saved data while on their user account. Now I can't get my files back because the files are unaccessable and when I try to open the files it says

D:\Documents and Settings\*folder name* is not accessable
ACCESS DENIED

What can I do to make it so i can get in the folder. Is there something i can use on command prompt?
