When you get nervous, it makes you more guilty.
Just chill.

Whenever they make a big deal, sue the school or whoever is the one finding you guilty and ask loads of money. That money will be used to pay the lawyer.
You are innocent, that's all that matters.

Just say that! If they don't want to believe you, tell them that they can't arrest/punish you with nothing but a shoe pic!
