Red. I don't like the new 323247325 pokemon in the newest versions. Gold comes in as a close second because it's also a really good game and it only has a few more pokemon which aren't badly designed.

A huge wave of new pokemon players have recently sprouted up in our high school so I recently played gold until it got boring again.

I wish I still had red though. :(

My friend found Pokemon Red on the pavement in Grade 6, and sold it for 8 dollars to this kid on the bus.

All the RPG ones, just haven't played Diamond/Pearl/Platinum yet.

pokemon yellow for definite, i used to piss off my pikachu because i never used it.

Gold, silver and crystal were the best.

I mean, you could go to kanto and johto? Awesome sauce.

I also enjoyed sapphire and ruby.

Red was also cool.

i agree my favorites were gold, silver, and crystal.
Ruby and sapphire were cool but they should have kept some more of the old pokemon.
Red, blue, and yellow were the ones i spent the most time on.

Red, blue was for pussy's and the rest of em aren't even worth mention. cept silver and gold because I had those too.
