Animation was smooth, except for the trails.
There were no inbetween frames. You overeased in comparison to the number of frames you used. That's the only reason the animation's smooth. It's jerky and awkward.
Easing is not applied properly to the right joints at all, and there's no gravity. Again, you overeased.
Movements were bad and strange.
The entire animation was extremely stiff. You're not easing towards the next movement; you're easing each individual movement as though each limb has a mind of its own. That doesn't look good.
Keep practicing. The most important thing is to keep your movements from looking so uniform, and to learn some interesting movements and proper easing.
